QUESTION
I normally fast between my last meal of the day and my meal the following day which is usually around 18 hours. Today I went 22 hours. Can you explain what made me jittery.
ANSWER
Many things could cause your body to get the shakes, which may or may not be related to your extra fasting hours. Your sleep quality if not great that night, plus the extra few hours could have done that. Especially if your fasting window is always the same, and then you change it one day. Your body gets accustomed to that time window. This is why I don’t suggest a stagnant fasting window.
