Dairy or no Dairy?

QUESTION

In the book, Keto Clarity, the author who uses the keto religiously recommends dairy - high fat heavy cream etc.  you suggest cutting all dairy, especially commercial dairy.  Which do we listen to?

ANSWER

If you are only concerned with ketosis, dairy can be an easy food. But we don’t require dairy, and neither does keto. Dairy is highly inflammatory for most people.
