Honey in small amounts may work for you. Context and amount is super important when establishing if things are “keto” or not. 1 tsp of honey is about 4g of sugar. 1 tsp of honey in some tea at night is unlikely to cause many issues for you. But adding a tbsp (12-15g) to your coffee in the morning is likely not going to work.
