If you recommend using sweeteners actually containing sugar over non-caloric sweeteners, is that true for making fat bombs as well?
ANSWER
I’m not a fan of most recipes for fat bombs. Why are we trying to bypass proper satiety with high-fat / salty / sweet ‘treats’? If we are using a sweetener, yes I still prefer natural sweeteners like honey, blackstrap molasses etc. This helps us keep the actually sweetness low so we don’t have too many carbs, and helps fix sugar cravings.
