Set up Canadian conversion on FuelGauges

1. Go to the FUEL section under GAUGES on the top navigation after logging in.
2. Click on "Specifications" along the left side menu.
3. Scroll down until you see the setting for "How do you track your Distance"
4. The default way FuelGauges tracks distance is Miles, want to click on "Miles" and then in the drop down select "Kilometers"
5. You can also change the way you track your fuel by clicking on "How do you track fuel?" and choosing gallons, miles or both from the drop down menu. 
6. Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and select SAVE PREFERENCES.
