Leg Cramps & Too Much Water

I've been eating keto a month now and been having leg cramps at night. I drink water all day and don’t believe I'm dehydrated, what do you recommend?

Sounds like you may be doing more harm than good drinking too much water without adequate mineral intake. Focus on leafy greens and an avocado a day. You may want to add 2-3 capfuls of Lyte Balance daily in your water as well.
