I eat a real whole food or keto diet, do I need to take multi-vitamins?

QUESTION
I eat a real whole food or keto diet, do I need to take multi-vitamins?

ANSWER

Some people may need to take a high quality multi-vitamin, but we find that most do great when seeking out nutrient-dense foods alone. Be sure you are including seafood, such as mollusks like oysters and clams, organs, leafy greens, low-carb fruits like berries, nuts and seeds, and in a wide variety.
