Is vitamin B helpful when adding it to a keto lifestyle?

I have heard that vitamin B may be helpful when adding it to a keto lifestyle. Is that true?

ANSWER

There are several B vitamins, and many are involved in the metabolism of fats, sugars and proteins. The NDK lifestyle is rich in B vitamins, and I find that a nutrient-dense ketogenic diet for most will not require additional B vitamin supplementation.
