I read Wheat Belly Total Health, he talked about prebiotics and eating raw potato to get prebiotics. Can l do this and not go out of ketosis? Are there other prebiotics that you would recommend?

Lots of non-starchy veggies are good sources of prebiotics such as asparagus. Some people can supplement with things like raw potato starch and stay in ketosis, while it may have some impact on others. Start small and track!
